Aggreko is seeking a Pricing Manager in Dubai to lead the preparation of commercial pricing models for bids and tenders, supporting the sales team while ensuring compliance with the company’s Commercial Risk Management Policy. The role requires strong financial modeling skills, the ability to coordinate with various departments, and the provision of clear communication to evaluate proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Pricing Model Development – Build robust financial models for thermal and hybrid power projects.
📌 Coordination with SMEs – Work with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Legal, Tax, and Treasury to ensure accurate pricing.
📌 Risk Management – Update the risk registry to address potential risks and ensure the impact on pricing is adequately considered.
📌 Compliance & Governance – Ensure adherence to internal pricing processes and best practices.
📌 Proposal Support – Prepare pricing proposals and provide clear assumptions, risks, and returns for approval.
📌 Pricing Tools Maintenance – Keep pricing tools updated and well documented.
📌 Safety & Compliance – Adhere to Aggreko’s health, safety, and environmental policies.
📌 Ad-hoc Project Support – Provide support for special projects and requests.

Skills & Experience Required:

📌 Educational Qualifications – CA, ACA, CIMA, or similar finance qualifications.
📌 Experience in Financial Modelling – Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial modeling (IRR, NPV, Payback, EBITDA).
📌 Industry Knowledge – Familiarity with power rentals and Independent Power Projects (IPP) is highly advantageous.
📌 Project Finance Experience – Knowledge of project finance is a plus.
📌 Strong Communication Skills – Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels, both verbally and in written reports.
