We are hiring a Pricing Manager – Sea, Air & Land to join our growing team in Dubai. This full-time role is ideal for a logistics pricing expert with strong analytical skills, a commercial mindset, and hands-on experience across multiple freight modes. You will be responsible for building competitive pricing strategies that support business growth and profitability in a dynamic forwarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic pricing models for sea, air, and land freight services.

• Analyze competitor rates, market trends, and customer demands to fine-tune pricing.

• Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance to align pricing with service costs and commercial targets.

• Monitor and report on key pricing KPIs, profit margins, and revenue performance.

• Lead pricing negotiations with key clients and assist in contract formulation.

• Maintain pricing databases and ensure compliance with corporate policies and market standards.

• Train and support sales teams on pricing procedures and margin management best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, or related discipline.

• 5+ years of experience in pricing within freight forwarding or logistics.

• Deep understanding of rate structures in sea, air, and land transport.

• Excellent analytical skills; hands-on experience with pricing tools and Excel-based analysis.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with UAE logistics market and regulatory environment is a strong advantage.
