Job Title: Presentation & Graphic Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Presentation & Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong command of Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for storytelling through visuals, and the ability to create impactful, brand-consistent presentations for internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design compelling PowerPoint presentations with custom layouts, graphics, charts, and visual storytelling tailored to branding standards.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform complex information into clear, visually engaging designs that support business goals.

• Leverage advanced PowerPoint features, including master slides, animations, and transitions, to deliver polished final presentations.

• Create original graphics, icons, infographics, and design assets using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Ensure brand consistency across all materials by adhering to established style guides and visual identities.

• Provide design support for digital and print materials including marketing collateral, social media content, and internal documents.

• Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to format documents and integrate visuals for cohesive content delivery.

• Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality while meeting tight deadlines.

• Partner with teams across departments to understand project objectives and deliver design solutions accordingly.

• Stay updated on design trends and bring innovative ideas to continuously improve visual communication and presentation standards.

• Support the creation and maintenance of presentation templates and visual guidelines for internal use.

Skills & Competencies:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in PowerPoint design and visual communication.

• Expert-level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint with strong command over slide master setup and advanced features.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; Canva or CorelDRAW knowledge is a plus.

• Experience designing for corporate environments with high attention to branding and detail.

• Strong visual storytelling, layout, and typography skills.

• Exceptional time management, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Proven ability to maintain design consistency and uphold brand standards.

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred).

• Portfolio showcasing high-quality presentation design and creative graphics (required).
