Convergint is looking for a Presales Engineer – Maintenance to drive business development and technical sales for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and services. The role involves client engagement, solution design, proposal preparation, and sales strategy execution to increase market share and revenue. The candidate will also collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow the AMC business.
• Conduct site assessments, prepare technical proposals, cost estimations, and solution designs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring smooth business dealings.
• Work closely with engineering, finance, marketing, and operations teams for business alignment.
• Provide guidance on industry regulations and best practices for client operations.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate business leads.
• Maintain CRM records to track sales opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
• Identify and propose new service offerings, marketing campaigns, and business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Business Administration.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the industry.
• Strong understanding of AutoCAD drawings, system design, and BOQ preparation.
• Proven ability to conduct site surveys and draft techno-commercial proposals.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong problem-solving and client relationship management skills.
• UAE/International driving license is preferred.
