Position: Marine/Shipyard Preparator

Location: Dubai – United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 5,000 – 5,500 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all departmental procedures for consistency and control.

  • Follow data security protocols to safeguard company information.

  • Coordinate daily activities both onboard and in the workshop.

  • Maintain updated records of drawings and material in spool tracker and local systems.

  • Prepare material requisitions and monitor procurement follow-ups.

  • Estimate required manhours and submit reports for internal review.

  • Finalize and submit job descriptions for invoicing purposes.

  • Document all sailed projects according to internal standards.

  • Adhere strictly to company safety, environmental, and quality policies.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Marine/Mechanical preferred).

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) is essential.

  • Training or experience with Smart Plant Isometrics is a strong plus.

  • Excellent command of English language (verbal and written).

  • Prior experience in shipbuilding or ship repair environments is highly desirable.
