Plug and Play Tech Center, a leading global technology startup accelerator and venture capital firm, is looking for a PR & Communications Junior Associate to enhance its brand presence in Abu Dhabi and the UAE. The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, and passionate about the tech startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support PR, marketing, and communications for Plug and Play’s programs & partnerships in the GCC.

• Draft and distribute press releases, manage social media content, and develop branding materials.

• Identify and manage event sponsorships, ensuring maximum brand visibility.

• Develop and execute community engagement campaigns to strengthen Plug and Play’s presence in the MENA tech ecosystem.

• Build and manage relationships with journalists, media partners, and key stakeholders.

• Maintain digital channels, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.

• Develop and maintain ecosystem contact databases for investors, mentors, and innovators.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in PR, marketing, or communications (preferably in tech startups/innovation).

• Strong copywriting and social media management skills.

• Experience in managing events, video production, and media relations.

• English proficiency is required; Arabic is highly preferred.

• Passion for technology startups and entrepreneurship.

• Willingness to travel for work.
