Job Title: Power BI Analyst

Job Description:
We are hiring a skilled BI Analyst to join a leading multinational company based in Abu Dhabi, specializing in smart city solutions, cybersecurity, and defense. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Power BI, with a focus on transforming traffic or operational data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.

• Work closely with engineering and operations teams to analyze traffic-related and operational datasets.

• Perform data modeling, develop advanced DAX measures, and optimize queries for high-performance reporting.

• Ensure accuracy, reliability, and relevance of visualized data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.

• Provide strategic input by translating data insights into business recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.

• Experience analyzing traffic or operational data is strongly preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Open to Asian nationals, aged 25–40.

• Based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, or willing to relocate.

Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Up to 16,000 AED all-inclusive (depending on qualifications and experience)
