Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Building: Build and manage a high-performing team or run your own group.

• Alpha Generation: Demonstrate the ability to generate significant returns across liquid strategies (Long/Short Equity, Event-driven, Volatility, Macro, Fixed Income, etc.).

• Risk Management: Operate within a robust risk management framework to ensure high-quality portfolio management.

• Collaboration & Autonomy: Work in a collaborative environment or take on full autonomy to manage your strategies and assets.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years of trading experience in hedge funds, prop shops, or alternative investment settings.

• Proven track record of generating at least $10m in annual PnL with a Sharpe ratio above 1.5.

• Strong understanding and experience in liquid strategies including Long/Short Equity, Event-driven, Volatility, Index Arbitrage, Macro, Fixed Income, Credit, Quant, or HFT strategies.

• Experience working within a robust risk management framework.

• Not suitable for candidates with a focus on long-only, passive investing.
