Job Overview:

We are looking for a Pools Team Leader & Driver to oversee daily swimming pool maintenance operations while ensuring high safety standards and top-tier service quality. This role involves managing a team of pool technicians, coordinating cleaning schedules, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on pool maintenance expertise, and a valid driving license to transport staff to job sites efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of pool technicians, ensuring smooth operations and service excellence.

• Inspect pools regularly to maintain water quality, cleanliness, and overall safety standards.

• Train new team members on pool maintenance techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures.

• Organize and optimize daily work schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely service delivery.

• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including chemical readings and service logs, for transparency.

• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, addressing any issues proactively.

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.

• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and pool equipment, ensuring timely restocking.

• Implement sustainable and eco-friendly practices in pool maintenance operations.

• Conduct performance assessments of team members, offering guidance for skill development and service improvement.

• Safely transport staff and equipment to and from various job sites, demonstrating excellent driving skills.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of pool maintenance, water chemistry, filtration systems, and equipment handling.

• Ability to operate and maintain pool cleaning tools such as skimmers, vacuums, and chemical testing kits.

• Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve pool equipment malfunctions.

• Attention to detail to uphold pool cleanliness and safety standards.

• Good physical stamina for lifting heavy equipment and performing maintenance tasks.

• Effective communication skills for team coordination and client interaction.

• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
