Marriott International invites enthusiastic individuals to join the Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort team as a Pool & Beach Attendant. This role focuses on maintaining a clean and safe pool and beach environment while delivering exceptional guest service in a fun and relaxing atmosphere. The Pool & Beach Attendant will assist guests, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and support all recreational activities on the premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain the pool deck, including washing, mopping, and tidying towels.

• Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests during recreational activities.

• Monitor recreational areas and respond appropriately to emergencies, following company procedures.

• Communicate and enforce the rules and regulations of the recreational facility.

• Assist injured guests until emergency medical services arrive.

• Report accidents, unsafe conditions, and maintain safety certifications.

• Ensure professional appearance and maintain confidentiality of company information.

• Welcome guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and assist guests with disabilities.

• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, and moving objects up to 25 pounds.

• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).

• CPR and First Aid certification required.

• Ability to work on uneven, slippery surfaces and in various physical positions.

• No prior related work or supervisory experience necessary.
