Job Role:
The Pool & Beach Attendant is responsible for ensuring guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction at the pool and beach areas. This role combines hospitality service with attentiveness to cleanliness, safety, and guest needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service at all times.

• Monitor pool and beach areas to ensure guest safety and compliance with rules.

• Set up and maintain poolside furniture, towels, umbrellas, and other amenities.

• Keep the area clean and organized, ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met.

• Assist guests with inquiries, provide recommendations, and deliver drinks or towels promptly.

• Handle guest requests courteously, ensuring comfortable seating and a pleasant experience.

• Report and follow up on accidents, injuries, or incidents according to safety protocols.

• Collaborate with colleagues and support management with additional tasks when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).

• Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required.

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
