We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Pool and Beach Attendant to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring guests enjoy a safe, comfortable, and memorable experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service in our pool and beach areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service with a welcoming attitude

• Monitor the pool area to ensure guest safety and comfort at all times

• Enforce pool rules and regulations courteously and effectively

• Set up and maintain poolside furniture including chairs, towels, umbrellas, and tables

• Assist guests with pool-related questions, offering recommendations and guidance

• Maintain cleanliness by picking up trash, wiping surfaces, and disposing of waste properly

• Take guest orders for drinks, provide recommendations, and serve promptly

• Respond quickly to guest needs, such as providing towels or arranging seating comfortably

• Identify and address any safety hazards in the pool area immediately

• Report any accidents, injuries, or incidents to management and follow safety protocols

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations concerning pool operations

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous hospitality experience preferred

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Strong team player with good communication skills

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
