Marsh Middle East is seeking a Political Risk and Structured Credit (PRSC) Broker to join its MENA team. The role focuses on structuring and placing political risk and structured credit solutions with global insurers, driving business growth, and managing key client relationships—especially in energy, power, and construction sectors. Arabic language skills are a plus but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Broking & Insurance Placement (50%): Structure placements, negotiate terms, manage policy wordings, maintain insurer relationships, oversee policy management, and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Business Development & Market Growth: Identify new business opportunities, expand into KSA, train local teams, and leverage referrals and networking to grow PRSC portfolio.

• Client Management & Advisory: Act as a strategic client point of contact, provide expert guidance on political risk and structured credit solutions, support client workshops and policy operations, and ensure compliance with Marsh protocols.

Candidate Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in political risk and structured credit broking, ideally in boutique firms or specialized insurance companies.

• Strong technical expertise in structured credit, political risk, and credit insurance markets.

• Proven track record in managing insurer relationships and driving business growth.

• Experience with clients in energy, power, and construction sectors.

• Client-centric mindset with strong advisory skills.

• Arabic language skills are advantageous.
