The role involves policy development, regulatory compliance, and strategic policy analysis to support the organization’s commitment to sustainability and excellence in the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Policy Development & Compliance

• Develop and implement policies ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Conduct policy analysis and risk assessment to enhance regulatory alignment.
• Stay updated on legal frameworks and regulatory changes.

🔹 Strategic Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement

• Provide strategic policy advice to senior management.
• Collaborate with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders.
• Manage policy-related projects and ensure timely execution.

🔹 Project Management & Reporting

• Oversee policy implementation and evaluation.
• Prepare reports and documentation for compliance and internal review.
• Ensure alignment of policies with corporate objectives and industry best practices.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Law, or related field.
✔ Strong experience in policy development, compliance, and analysis.
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
✔ Project management expertise with the ability to multitask.
✔ Experience in the engineering or industrial sector is a plus.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and policy management tools.
