About the Role

We’re offering a paid internship for individuals passionate about podcast production and digital content creation. In this role, you will assist in recording, editing, and marketing podcasts, gaining hands-on experience in the media industry. You’ll collaborate with our creative team to produce engaging content while learning valuable skills in audio-video production and digital marketing strategies.

What You’ll Do

🎙 Podcast Production Assistance – Help set up and record studio podcasts, ensuring high-quality audio and video output.
🎬 Creative Content Collaboration – Contribute fresh ideas to enhance podcast episodes and engagement.
📢 Digital Marketing & Social Media – Assist in developing strategies to boost podcast reach and audience interaction.
📂 Media File Organization – Manage and organize content files efficiently for easy access.
🎞 Basic Editing & Post-Production – Learn and apply fundamental audio/video editing skills to support post-production.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Based in Dubai, fluent in English for smooth communication.
✅ Passionate about podcasting, content creation, and digital media.
✅ Familiarity with audio/video equipment (preferred but not required).
✅ Creative mindset with an interest in content strategy and audience engagement.
✅ Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
✅ Comfortable with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
