Al Rostamani Trading Company, the exclusive distributor of Suzuki and Citroën in the UAE, is looking for a PMO Lead – Automotive to drive transformation projects and optimize business operations. The role involves project design, execution, tracking, and reporting, ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor transformation projects across the company.

• Develop and implement tracking and reporting tools in coordination with HR, IT, and external vendors.

• Design project scopes, tasks, and timelines, assigning responsibilities accordingly.

• Track progress, flag delays, and identify issues that require further analysis.

• Monitor financial and non-financial costs and benefits of initiatives.

• Ensure timely and accurate stakeholder communication and reporting.

• Serve as Program Manager for select initiatives, supporting business case validation and training.

• Maintain an organized central repository of all project documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• 3+ years of consulting experience in automotive, preferably in operational consulting (Lean Management, TPS, etc.).

• 3+ years of project management experience with expertise in transformation and initiative management.

• Proven experience in managing high-performing teams.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
