Job Summary:

Jumeirah Al Naseem is seeking a Play Attendant for the Kids Club on a seasonal basis. This role involves supervising children, ensuring their safety, organizing fun and educational activities, and supporting the overall operations of the Kids Club. Ideal for candidates who are passionate about childcare, hospitality, and creating joyful experiences for young guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise children across various age groups and actively engage them in scheduled activities

• Ensure children’s safety through constant monitoring and adherence to risk assessments

• Provide babysitting services during or beyond regular duty hours (when available)

• Handle reception tasks including guest registration, security checks, and information sharing

• Enforce club rules and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

• Support event execution, administrative work, and any other tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Manager

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury 5-star hospitality setting

• Background in childcare or sports is a plus

• Fluency in English and Russian is essential

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

• Experience working in a multicultural team and environment

• Fixed-term contract opportunity: October 2025 to May 2026
