We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to join our dynamic Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working on both the Contractor and PMC/Client sides.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align project goals with strategic objectives.
• Conduct regular project assessments to monitor progress, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Analyze project data to enhance efficiency and optimize project outcomes.
• Facilitate effective communication between teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project developments.
• Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to senior management, outlining performance metrics and progress updates.
• Lead project planning meetings and set clear expectations for project teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• 15–20 years of experience in project planning and management within the PMC industry, preferably in the UAE.
• PMP or equivalent certification is required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive projects forward with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
