Innovo Group is hiring a Planning Manager to oversee project planning and execution, ensuring compliance with organizational and contractual requirements. The role involves strategic planning, scheduling, progress tracking, reporting, and coordination with multiple teams to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Project Planning & Strategy: Develop project strategic plans, zoning, and workflow systems.
✅ Baseline Master Programs: Prepare and review master schedules in line with contract requirements.
✅ Progress Tracking: Monitor engineering progress, procurement timelines, and material deliveries.
✅ Delay & Risk Management: Analyze delays, manage extension of time (EOT) claims, and implement recovery measures.
✅ Stakeholder Coordination: Track and manage contractual planning issues with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
✅ Reporting & Analysis: Implement internal and external reporting systems, defining KPIs and data tracking methods.
✅ Cost & Resource Management: Work with the cost control team to align financial and manpower planning.
✅ Training & Compliance: Conduct technical guidance and training, ensuring HSE & quality policies are enforced.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Proven experience in project planning and scheduling in construction or engineering projects.
✔ Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, planning tools, and scheduling software.
✔ Expertise in delay analysis, EOT claims, and negotiation handling.
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Ability to coordinate multiple teams and ensure timely project delivery.
