We’re seeking a highly skilled professional to support project controls, cost analysis, and scheduling for a diverse portfolio of high-profile construction and infrastructure projects.

As part of KEO’s dynamic team, you will play a key role in monitoring project schedules, performing cost control, and developing recovery plans to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery. You will collaborate closely with Senior Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams to analyze project performance, provide technical guidance, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules and cost control systems.

• Conduct regular project analyses, identify schedule impacts, and develop effective recovery strategies.

• Provide expert guidance on cost engineering, planning, and scheduling challenges.

• Execute project controls programs aligned with KEO’s standards and procedures.

• Review and validate financial reports, earned revenue data, and project financial summaries.

• Plan staffing requirements and support resource allocation for assigned projects.

• Ensure contracts reflect clear cost and scope definitions, supporting project negotiations.

• Prepare and deliver project controls presentations to internal teams and clients.

• Develop comprehensive project controls plans tailored to each project’s needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction planning, project controls, or cost engineering.

• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in scheduling software and cost control methodologies.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
