About the Role:

We are seeking a Planning Assistant to support the production and supply chain planning for our processed meat operations (domestic and international markets). This part-time position is ideal for UAE Nationals seeking practical experience in production planning, materials management, and SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly production plans based on demand forecasts

• Generate raw materials and packaging material requirements for procurement planning

• Maintain and update Master Data for new items, extensions, and corrections in SAP

• Track and update arrival schedules of trading items to align with sales and operations planning (S&OP)

• Monitor packaging material (PM) stock and coordinate with the Factory Manager

• Follow up with the factory to ensure execution of the production plan

• Create and share inventory reports for operational excellence meetings

Candidate Profile:

• Nationality: Emirati (UAE) with a valid Family Book

• Education: High School diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

• Experience: Not required – training will be provided

• Skills:

  • Basic understanding of planning or supply chain concepts (preferred)

  • Familiarity with SAP or willingness to learn

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
