Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Planning & Control Manager to oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking for high-rise buildings, villas, and towers in Dubai. The role requires expertise in Primavera P6, project delay analysis, and FIDIC regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Scheduling:

• Develop, implement, and oversee baseline project schedules in coordination with internal teams and consultants.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely identification of delays, risks, and mitigation measures.

• Support contract & project managers in preparing time/cost claims.

• Manage and analyze project cost estimations and budgeting.

Progress Monitoring & Risk Management:

• Attend internal and external meetings related to project planning and scheduling.

• Generate executive progress reports for senior management.

• Perform delay analysis, EOT (Extension of Time) assessments, and disruption claims.

• Ensure compliance with FIDIC standards and local construction regulations.

Team Leadership & Process Improvement:

• Lead and mentor the planning team, providing training and performance evaluation.

• Continuously evaluate planning processes for increased efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

✔ 8+ years of experience in construction planning & scheduling (UAE experience preferred).
✔ Strong Primavera P6 skills.
✔ Experience in high-rise buildings, villas, and tower projects.
✔ Knowledge of FIDIC contracts (preferred).
✔ Expertise in delay analysis, cost estimation, and project reporting.
✔ Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
