As a Placement Leader in the Energy & Power team, you will drive placement strategy and execution across the IMEA region, leveraging your experience and industry knowledge to create tailored insurance solutions for complex client needs. The position is based in Dubai and requires a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of brokers, ensuring alignment with global hub offices in London and Singapore.

• Develop and implement customized placement strategies for Energy & Power clients.

• Build and maintain relationships with carriers and underwriters to foster innovative insurance solutions.

• Monitor and ensure adherence to commission structures as per client agreements.

• Stay up-to-date on market conditions and communicate key trends internally and externally.

• Contribute to product innovation and knowledge sharing across internal networks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a placement broker in the Energy & Power insurance sector.

• Deep understanding of risk management and market trends.

• Excellent team leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.

• Familiarity with international insurance markets, especially London and Singapore.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Existing relationships with major global insurers and underwriters.

• Experience designing complex and innovative insurance placement solutions.
