Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Pilates Studio Manager to lead daily operations, grow the client base, and uphold our studio’s exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional with experience in fitness management and a passion for holistic health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day studio operations, staff scheduling, and client services.

• Drive membership growth and retention through strategic planning and community engagement.

• Oversee financials including budgeting, reporting, and inventory management.

• Lead studio marketing through social media campaigns, events, and partnerships.

• Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and regulatory guidelines.

• Cultivate a positive and motivating environment for both clients and team members.

• (If certified) Lead Pilates sessions and support ongoing training of instructors.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in managing a fitness studio or gym.

• Pilates certification from a recognized body (e.g., PMA, Balanced Body, STOTT).

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

• Familiarity with Dubai’s fitness landscape and consumer expectations.

• Comfortable using booking and management software.
