TASC Outsourcing is seeking a Picker and Supermarket Helper for its Dubai location. This full-time role involves assisting in the smooth operation of the supermarket by ensuring products are properly stocked, displayed, and rotated, while supporting both customers and store staff. The position offers a salary of AED 2,050 plus standard UAE benefits and provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in unloading, unpacking, and stocking shelves with products.

Ensure products are displayed neatly and in the correct sections.

Monitor product expiry dates and rotate stock using the FIFO method.

Maintain cleanliness of store aisles, shelves, and storage areas.

Assist customers in locating products as needed.

Support cashiers and other store staff during peak hours.

Follow safety, hygiene, and store operational procedures.
Requirements & Skills:

Minimum 10th-grade education; higher education preferred.

0–2 years of retail or supermarket experience preferred.

Basic communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for long periods.

Strong customer service orientation and willingness to assist wherever needed.
