Job Title: Physiotherapist

Role Overview:

The Physiotherapist is responsible for providing high-quality care and assessments for patients requiring physiotherapy treatment. This role focuses on improving physical functioning and range of movement while advising clinic staff on alternative physiotherapy treatment plans to reduce unnecessary invasive treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Patient Care & Treatment:

• Assess and diagnose injuries and physical conditions requiring physiotherapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance mobility and recovery.
• Use physical therapy methods such as manual therapy, exercise, and rehabilitation techniques.

✅ Alternative Treatment Advocacy:

• Educate clinic staff on non-invasive physiotherapy solutions compared to unnecessary surgical procedures.
• Recommend alternative therapies to improve patient outcomes.

✅ Therapeutic Techniques & Rehabilitation:

• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment for therapy and rehabilitation.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatments to maximize recovery.

✅ Collaboration & Patient Education:

• Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
• Educate patients on preventive care, exercises, and lifestyle adjustments for long-term wellness.

Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Educational & Professional Requirements:

• Graduate Degree / Diploma in Physiotherapy
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in a similar role
• DHA License (or Eligibility)

✅ Language Skills:

• Fluency in English (spoken, read, and written)
• Arabic proficiency is an added advantage
