This position plays a vital role in supporting licensed physical therapists in delivering high-quality rehabilitation and patient care services. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player within a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in evaluating and treating patients according to individualized care plans

• Administer therapeutic exercises, modalities, and other treatment interventions under supervision

• Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions

• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and rehabilitation goals

• Ensure a clean, safe, and encouraging environment for patient recovery

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize outcomes

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Certification from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Practical experience in physical therapy or rehabilitation settings

• Knowledge in Orthopedics and general rehabilitation practices

• Proficient in delivering quality patient care

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team

• Previous experience in a clinical or hospital environment is a plus
