Job Title: Photography Studio Assistant 

Job Description:

Dhikra Studio Branch 1 is on the lookout for a passionate and detail-oriented Photography Studio Assistant & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Located in a vibrant part of Dubai, we specialize in indoor portrait photography and offer a welcoming and creative work environment.

This role is perfect for someone between the ages of 25–30, who is tech-savvy, personable, and has a strong interest in photography and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture professional-quality photos (e.g., portraits, family sessions, headshots) in a controlled studio setting.

• Handle printing, scanning, photocopying, and lamination tasks using studio equipment.

• Assist with basic photo editing, retouching, and preparing images for clients (Adobe Photoshop knowledge required).

• Greet and guide clients through their studio sessions with a friendly and professional attitude.

• Manage bookings, client appointments, and general studio organization.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate service/product details.

• Keep all photography gear, studio props, and workspace well-maintained and organized.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in photography or a studio environment is preferred, but enthusiastic freshers with the willingness to learn are welcome.

• Familiarity with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and basic studio lighting setups.

• Fluent in Arabic, English, and Hindi for effective communication.

• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and photo handling software.

• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and multitasking ability.

• Must pass an eye test to ensure visual accuracy in photo tasks.
