KAYE & CO., a prestigious real estate firm specializing in luxury properties, is seeking a Photographer to join their team in Dubai. This full-time on-site role involves capturing high-quality images and videos of residential and commercial properties, and editing them to showcase the properties in the best possible light. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate photography, videography, and post-production editing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Real Estate Photography & Videography:

  • Conduct professional photoshoots and video shoots for residential and commercial properties.

  • Capture high-quality images and videos that align with the brand’s style and highlight the unique features of properties.

• Post-production Editing:

  • Edit photos and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects.

  • Ensure the final product is polished and visually appealing.

• 3D Virtual Tours:

  • Create immersive 3D virtual tours using Matterport technology.

• Collaboration:

  • Work closely with real estate agents and clients to understand project requirements and meet expectations.

• Equipment Maintenance:

  • Maintain all photography and video equipment in excellent working condition.

• Stay Updated:

  • Keep up with the latest trends in real estate photography, videography, and editing techniques.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate photography and videography with a strong portfolio.

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects.

• Experience with Matterport technology and the ability to create virtual tours.

• Strong knowledge of camera settings, lighting techniques, and composition.

• Excellent editing skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with agents, clients, and team members.

Job Details:

• Location: Business Bay, Dubai

• Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Salary: Below AED 5,500/month
