Emirates Group is hiring a Phlebotomist for a 12-month contract to join its Medical Services Laboratory team in Dubai. The role involves accurate and timely collection, processing, and dispatch of laboratory samples while ensuring high standards of patient care and compliance with departmental protocols. You will work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, directly supporting employee health and contributing to the smooth functioning of Emirates operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and dispatch laboratory samples, including those sent to reference laboratories.

• Maintain accurate logs for full traceability of all samples.

• Communicate with clinicians and patients to ensure pre-analytical requirements are met.

• Operate equipment safely, report faults, and manage stock and expiry dates.

• Maintain professional knowledge and foster strong relationships with patients and laboratories.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Registered/licensed phlebotomist with a recognised international body.

• Licensed to practice as a Phlebotomist by Dubai Health Authority (DHA).

• Proficiency in phlebotomy across all age groups.

• Strong knowledge of sample stability, storage, and quality assurance.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
