Alfares Intl. Tents and Construction Metal LLC is seeking a Personal Companion to the CEO to provide daily support, companionship, and logistical assistance. The role requires a professional, well-groomed, and discreet individual who can accompany the CEO to meetings and events, assist with personal and administrative tasks, and ensure smooth management of daily activities with complete confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accompany the CEO to meetings, appointments, and events.

• Assist with personal errands, shopping, and coordinating meals or reservations.

• Liaise with drivers, office staff, and household staff for daily operations.

• Monitor and attend to the CEO’s personal needs with professionalism.

• Represent the CEO respectfully in professional and social settings.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding all personal and business matters.

Candidate Requirements / Key Skills:

• High school diploma required; university degree preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (personal assistant, companion, or executive support).

• Well-groomed with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong organizational abilities and adaptability.

• Physically fit to handle a dynamic, on-the-move schedule.

• Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is an advantage).

• High level of trust, discretion, and reliability.

Additional Requirements:

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and travel.

• Valid driver’s license preferred.

• Must pass background and health checks.
