The Swiss International Scientific School in Dubai (SISD), part of Nord Anglia Education, is seeking a Personal Assistant to the Head of Secondary. This full-time, on-site role involves providing dedicated PA, secretarial, and administrative support to the Head of Secondary. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing daily operations, ensuring maximum effectiveness and supporting the leadership team with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient and effective PA/secretarial support to the Head of Secondary.

• Manage calendars, scheduling, and communications.

• Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements.

• Handle confidential information with discretion.

• Assist with general administrative tasks to support the school’s leadership team.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a PA or secretarial role, ideally within an educational environment.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• High level of confidentiality and discretion.

• Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative tools.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
