Antal International is hiring a Personal Assistant to the CEO on behalf of a prestigious international group holding entity with over 30 years of experience in commodity trading across the UAE, Asia-Pacific, and Europe. This position is based in Dubai and offers a salary range of 20,000 AED to 25,000 AED. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO, ensuring efficiency in business coordination, communication, and travel management.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive executive support including managing schedules, calls, emails, and correspondence.

Coordinate the CEO’s calendar and organize complex travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas).

Arrange and document business meetings, agendas, minutes, and action item follow-ups.

Act as the primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders.

Oversee the Director’s office operations to meet all administrative requirements.

Coordinate with Accounts and Admin teams on expenses, reimbursements, and procurement.

Ensure effective internal communication between the CEO and company departments.

Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive personal and business information.

Execute ad-hoc tasks and directives as assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role supporting C-suite executives.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Ability to handle complex tasks with discretion and professionalism.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
