Personal Assistant to CEO
ACCEL Human Resource Consultants Dubai , UAE

ACCEL Human Resource Consultants is hiring a Personal Assistant on behalf of a client to provide high-level executive support to the CEO. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with extensive experience supporting C-suite or Director-level executives and the ability to manage tasks with discretion and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, email inboxes, and daily communications.

  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and corporate events.

  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Handle confidential matters and personal errands with absolute discretion.

  • Provide support for special projects and track key deadlines.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-level or Director-level executives.

  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong adaptability, professionalism, and ability to perform under pressure.


Location:

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site)


Note: Only candidates with prior experience in supporting Director-level or C-suite executives will be considered.
