Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Personal Assistant to manage daily operations, scheduling, project coordination, and communications for business ventures across luxury, real estate, and beauty sectors. This full-time role is remote, offering growth opportunities alongside dynamic projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day tasks, scheduling, and follow-ups.

Coordinate projects across real estate, luxury lifestyle, and beauty brands.

Conduct research, prepare reports, and handle documentation.

Communicate professionally with partners, clients, and suppliers.

Support content creation and social media management (Instagram, website, brand accounts).

Ensure deadlines and priorities are met efficiently.
Qualifications:

Excellent written and spoken English.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Tech-savvy with experience using Canva, Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Docs, project management platforms, and social media scheduling tools.

Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.

High attention to detail and professionalism.

Proactive, resourceful personality with a can-do attitude.
Offer:

Full-time remote role, 6 days per week, 1 day off.

Monthly Salary: AED 1,200 (paid consistently).
