Personal Assistant (Arabic)

Al Sahraa Group is seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant fluent in Arabic to support the company’s executives. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating travel, handling correspondence, and performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. This position offers a competitive salary of AED 7,000–8,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications for executives.

  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, meetings, and appointments.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.

  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.

  • Conduct research and gather information as requested.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

  • Manage and prioritize incoming emails and correspondence.

  • Liaise between executives, team members, clients, and external stakeholders.

  • Prepare and submit expense reports.

  • Attend meetings and take minutes when necessary.

  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.

  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Proficient in MS Office and relevant software.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

  • Proactive and capable of working independently.

  • Knowledge of UAE culture and business practices is an advantage.
