We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead data-driven digital marketing campaigns in Dubai’s competitive real estate market. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing strategies to drive lead generation and maximize ROI. Your analytical expertise and strategic approach will enhance our online visibility and attract high-quality clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across PPC, SEO, email, and social media platforms.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance metrics, ensuring maximum efficiency and ROI.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behaviors, and new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with lead generation goals.
• Create compelling ad copy and visuals to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in real estate or related industries.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and optimize campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
• A creative mindset with a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.

Salary & Benefits

• AED 15,000 – 20,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
