Milele is seeking a Performance Management Specialist to establish, implement, and audit effective performance management systems within the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will develop clear performance metrics (KPIs, OKRs, CSFs), conduct regular performance reviews, and ensure systems are aligned with organizational goals using HRIS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine performance management systems aligned with organizational objectives.

• Establish clear policies and procedures for performance management.

• Implement and manage performance management tools within the organization.

• Deploy and manage performance systems via HRIS platforms such as Keka HR and Resource INN.

• Develop and monitor CSFs, OKRs, and KPIs for different teams and functions.

• Conduct regular performance reviews (quarterly, semi-annual, and annual).

• Ensure fairness, transparency, and accuracy in performance evaluations.

• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with performance management practices.

• Provide training and guidance to managers and employees on performance management tools.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in performance management within the automotive sector.

• Expertise with HRIS platforms (e.g., Keka HR, Resource INN).

• Strong analytical skills to develop and maintain CSFs, OKRs, and KPIs.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Experience in conducting system audits and compliance checks.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

• Advanced degree or professional certifications (CPMP, C-OKRP, CHAMP) are preferred.
