AlixPartners is seeking a Performance and Technology Senior Vice President to join their consulting firm. This senior-level role focuses on delivering complex, high-value solutions for clients, including CEOs, boards, and owners of healthy and distressed companies. The Senior VP will analyze corporate performance, optimize costs, and drive revenue growth, and profitability in high-stakes situations. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead consulting engagements, working on critical business issues like cost optimization, working capital management, M&A, and top-line growth.

• Deliver high-quality work products across multiple work streams, and take responsibility for several areas.

• Work directly with senior executives and teams to deliver measurable results in fast-paced environments.

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and drive performance improvements.

• Develop business models, strategies, and cost reductions to ensure profitability.

• Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in consulting and industry, particularly in the UAE.

• Proven track record in cost optimization, operations improvement, M&A, and profitable growth.

• Master’s degree or MBA with evidence of academic excellence (Business, Finance, Engineering preferred).

• Advanced analytical, critical thinking, and written communication skills.

• Ability to work with senior executives and manage client relationships.

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

• Strong leadership skills with a high-energy, flexible, and adaptive working style.

• Willingness to travel extensively.

• Ability to obtain necessary work permits for UAE, Saudi Arabia, and EU.

This is a hybrid role offering flexibility between in-person and remote work, with potential to travel.
