ACCEL Human Resource Consultants is hiring a Performance Analyst (KPI Management) for a client in Dubai. The role involves managing KPI data, ensuring performance targets are met, analyzing service quality, and supporting service marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong data analysis, visualization, and KPI tracking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 KPI Management & Service Quality Data Analysis

• Regularly provide KPI data to relevant departments.
• Track KPI achievement by following up on action items.
• Identify and recommend improvement areas based on performance data.
• Develop data visualization tools using Power BI.

🔹 Defective Return Management

• Analyze defective return processes and optimize them for a smooth customer experience.
• Conduct regular compliance checks to ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with different departments to improve return processes.

🔹 Service Marketing Support

• Create and refine service promotion materials.
• Plan and execute service promotion activities across the Middle East & Africa region.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
✔ 4+ years of experience in planning, KPI management, or performance analysis
✔ Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint & Power BI
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
✔ Experience in service quality improvement and process optimization
