Role Overview

As a People Partner, you will play a key role in shaping HR strategy, talent management, and organizational transformation within the Supply Planning & Operations function. You will partner with leadership teams to build high-performing teams, drive engagement, and enhance workforce planning in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Business Partnership

  • Develop and execute a people strategy aligned with business goals.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring a strong HR culture.

  • Provide insights on competitor and industry trends to maintain a competitive people strategy.

Talent Management & Workforce Planning

  • Lead manpower planning, budgeting, and performance management cycles.

  • Develop career growth initiatives for key talents, ensuring diversity and inclusion.

  • Oversee talent acquisition efforts, securing top talent aligned with brand DNA.

Employee Engagement & Organizational Development

  • Foster an engaging and high-performance work culture.

  • Implement change management strategies to support business transformation.

  • Provide coaching and mentoring to leaders and employees, enhancing collaboration and productivity.

Operational & Change Management Support

  • Lead HR transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation with minimal disruption.

  • Monitor and address people-related challenges, boosting retention and morale.

  • Champion Group-wide people initiatives, integrating best practices for workforce optimization.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years of HR experience (generalist or specialist role).

  • Background in supply chain and/or planning functions preferred.

  • Experience in change management, organizational transformation, and talent strategy.

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to align HR with business objectives.

  • Confidence in collaborating across diverse cultures and leadership levels.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
