Role Overview
As a People Partner, you will play a key role in shaping HR strategy, talent management, and organizational transformation within the Supply Planning & Operations function. You will partner with leadership teams to build high-performing teams, drive engagement, and enhance workforce planning in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Business Partnership

Develop and execute a people strategy aligned with business goals.

Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring a strong HR culture.

Provide insights on competitor and industry trends to maintain a competitive people strategy.
Talent Management & Workforce Planning

Lead manpower planning, budgeting, and performance management cycles.

Develop career growth initiatives for key talents, ensuring diversity and inclusion.

Oversee talent acquisition efforts, securing top talent aligned with brand DNA.
Employee Engagement & Organizational Development

Foster an engaging and high-performance work culture.

Implement change management strategies to support business transformation.

Provide coaching and mentoring to leaders and employees, enhancing collaboration and productivity.
Operational & Change Management Support

Lead HR transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation with minimal disruption.

Monitor and address people-related challenges, boosting retention and morale.

Champion Group-wide people initiatives, integrating best practices for workforce optimization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
-
8+ years of HR experience (generalist or specialist role).

Background in supply chain and/or planning functions preferred.

Experience in change management, organizational transformation, and talent strategy.

Strong commercial acumen and ability to align HR with business objectives.

Confidence in collaborating across diverse cultures and leadership levels.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
