Job Title: People & Culture Intern – Chalhoub Group

Job Description:
Chalhoub Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People & Culture Intern to support SGII and Joint Ventures in executing strategic HR initiatives, workforce planning, and project management. The role involves managing HR operations, ensuring compliance, handling workforce analytics, and supporting key budget cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Data & Compliance

• Create PO codes and launch job requisitions.
• Support onboarding, transfers, and mobility processes, ensuring data accuracy in HR systems.
• Maintain and audit employee records, cost centers, and reporting structures.
• Track and update key HR cycles such as performance reviews and salary revisions.
• Provide support on HR platforms and ensure seamless access to reports and insights.

HR Reporting & Insights

• Support annual budget planning and mid-year revisions, ensuring timely HR manpower reporting.
• Provide monthly workforce analytics and salary benchmarking.
• Deliver data-driven insights and dashboards to drive informed HR decisions.
• Monitor and track Talent Development & Employee Engagement budgets.

Strategic HR Initiatives & Project Management

• Support key HR transformation projects, including diversity & inclusion goals.
• Develop workforce planning models for new JVs.
• Track and report key People Strategy metrics.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR teams for workforce planning and reporting.
