Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop customized treatment plans for pediatric clients with sensory, motor, cognitive, and behavioral challenges.

• Provide sensory integration therapy, fine and gross motor development, and daily living skills training.

• Implement NeuroSolution protocols under the guidance of top American brain specialists.

• Use advanced technologies like GyroStim, red light therapy, and vibration tools to accelerate neurological outcomes.

• Collaborate with neurologists, physical therapists, functional medicine doctors, and psychologists for holistic care.

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and progress notes.

• Educate parents and caregivers on at-home support strategies.

• Participate in clinical team meetings, training, and professional development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.

• DHA license or eligibility to obtain one in the UAE.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy (neurological focus preferred).

• Strong foundation in sensory integration and developmental motor skills.

• Certification or experience in neurodevelopmental techniques (MNRI, NDT, reflex integration) is a strong plus.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and family coaching skills.
