RIKAS Hospitality Group is hiring a Payroll Specialist (Payroll Master / HR Data Management Specialist) to ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain employee records, and manage HR data integrity. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries while supporting HR reporting, compliance, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update payroll master data (new hires, terminations, promotions, salary adjustments).

• Process monthly payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.

• Reconcile payroll accounts, prepare journal entries, and manage allowances, deductions, overtime, and benefits.

• Maintain HRIS databases with accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality and integrity.

• Support HR reporting by analyzing and presenting workforce data (headcount, turnover, leave balances, etc.).

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and support internal/external audits.

• Respond to payroll and HR-related inquiries from employees and management.

• Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements in payroll and HR processes.

• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to optimize payroll and reporting efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• Proven experience in payroll administration and HR data management.

• Strong knowledge of UAE payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and labor law compliance.

• High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/finance software tools.

• Discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive employee data.
