Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating Business Requirements: Assess business needs, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions for assigned payments products and related services.

  • Optimizing Customer Experience: Identify opportunities to optimize both customer experience and payment commercials.

  • Managing Payments Relationships: Onboard new payment partners and manage ongoing relationships.

  • Monitoring Performance: Analyze customer behavior and product performance to meet product demands and preferences.

  • Project Delivery: Lead payments projects, ensuring timely delivery and monitoring progress.

  • Customer Experience Assurance: Ensure the end-to-end customer experience meets requirements and is complete and accurate.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate and explain requirements to stakeholders when needed.

  • Promoting Vision: Promote the vision and achievements of the payments solutions across the network.

  • Risk Management: Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks during the project lifecycle.

  • Research and Testing: Lead research and testing to gather feedback before project execution.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with key teams like engineering, operations, finance, and legal to drive payments products towards success.

  • Knowledge of Payments Space: Experience in the fiat and crypto payments sector, particularly in the iGaming industry.

  • Strong Planning and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to balance multiple tasks and work independently.

  • Analytical Abilities: Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

  • Proactive and Results-Oriented: Independent, proactive approach to achieving results.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate across all organizational levels, including with executives.

  • Regulatory Understanding: Knowledge of relevant compliance, regulatory, and legal frameworks.

  • End-User Focus: Ability to understand and cater to end-user needs.

  • Requirements Definition: Strong aptitude for defining business requirements for stakeholders.
