This role involves close coordination with banks and payment service providers (PSPs), ensuring smooth transaction flows, fraud monitoring, and compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily coordination with banks and PSPs for transaction processing.

• Monitor settlements, chargebacks, fraud patterns, and payment performance.

• Ensure compliance with RBI, PCI-DSS, AML, and KYC requirements.

• Collaborate with tech, finance, and legal teams to resolve payment-related issues.

• Support PSP onboarding and API-based payment integration.

• Maintain accurate payment records, workflows, and reconciliation reports.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–2 years’ experience in payment operations or fintech (preferably in high-risk industries).

• Strong knowledge of UPI, cards, wallets, and reconciliation.

• Experience with chargeback handling and fraud prevention.

• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

• Familiarity with international PSPs, cross-border payments, and alternative payment methods.

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 2,000–2,500 per month + perks.
