📌 Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Paymaster to manage employee payroll and time attendance systems efficiently, ensuring seamless coordination with HR and finance departments.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate final settlements for departing employees and forward approvals to Accounts Payable.

• Issue and track temporary time cards; coordinate with HR for permanent issuance.

• Update and close daily operations, print, and file time sheets regularly.

• Import daily employee attendance data from the time-tracking terminal.

✅ Qualifications

• 📍 Currently based in the UAE

• 👤 Maximum age: 35 years

• 🎓 At least 3 years of experience in a similar payroll role within the hospitality industry

• 💻 Proficiency in SKY BAYAN payroll system is required

• Bonus knowledge: Opera, Micros, FBM, and SUN System
