Apparel Group is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Patient Coordinator to join its team in the UAE. This role serves as the central liaison for patients, ensuring a seamless journey from consultation to follow-up, while maintaining smooth coordination between medical, clinical, and administrative teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, healthcare knowledge, and the ability to manage both patient care and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:

Schedule patient consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments.

Provide patients with clear information about treatment options, procedures, pricing, and packages.

Coordinate with healthcare and administrative teams to ensure uninterrupted service.

Address and resolve patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback to improve satisfaction.

Maintain accurate patient records, including intake forms, treatment histories, and follow-up notes.

Promote awareness of available services and cross-sell suitable treatments or packages.

Assist in training staff on patient interaction, service etiquette, and professional conduct.
Skills & Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in patient coordination or customer service, preferably in healthcare or aesthetics.

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.

Strong communication skills and proficiency in scheduling or clinic management software.
