Novomed is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Patient Coordinator to join its healthcare team in Dubai. This role is essential for ensuring smooth patient experiences, from appointment scheduling to insurance coordination and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, prior healthcare experience in the UAE, and fluency in Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and confirm patient appointments, check-ups, and physician referrals.

Conduct patient interviews to complete insurance and privacy forms.

Verify patient eligibility and benefits with insurance companies.

Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff.

Assess patients’ needs to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for sales leads.

Provide detailed product and service information about Novomed Centers.

Engage with patients to build trust and convert inquiries into appointments or sales.

Resolve patient issues promptly and serve as a liaison for care and treatments provided.

Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure patient satisfaction.

Oversee referrals, reminders for future appointments, and patient follow-ups.

Ensure a clean and welcoming environment for patient comfort.

Welcome every patient courteously and professionally.

Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.

Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Skills & Requirements:

Prior experience in the UAE healthcare sector is preferable.

Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage patient relationships with professionalism and empathy.

Customer-service-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
