DC8 Poly Clinic is seeking a full-time Patient Coordinator to join their team onsite in Dubai. The Patient Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for patients, responsible for greeting and assisting them, managing appointment schedules, handling phone inquiries, and maintaining accurate patient records. This role plays a vital part in ensuring patient comfort and smooth clinic operations, while supporting receptionist duties and effectively using medical terminology within the clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner

• Manage and coordinate patient appointment schedules efficiently

• Handle incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries

• Maintain and update patient records accurately and confidentially

• Support receptionist duties as required

• Use appropriate medical terminology and terminology relevant to the clinic

• Ensure patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills

• Experience with appointment scheduling and receptionist tasks

• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare environment preferred

• Excellent interpersonal skills for patient support and interaction

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient data

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in healthcare administration or related field is preferred

• Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is an advantage
